Festival season is around the corner
Yes, the festival season is coming up and I do web and print work for a couple of music festivals. The punk/hardcore festival West Coast Riot (print/web), Metaltown (web), both in Gothenburg in late June, and Fairfest (print/web) in Vänersborg this April.
Go visit a festival. It's good for you.

DIA PSALMA

Today sees the release of the first new fullength album in 12 years from gold selling Swedish folk punk rockers Dia Psalma.
The album is called "Djupa Skogen" (The Deep Forest) and I based the packaging design, the poster design and the stage decor on Swedish nature, animal habitat and old folklore.

Websites added!

Festival websites
I recently designed and programmed the websites for two festivals in Gothenburg, Sweden, due this summer.
METALTOWN
An annual straight-up metal festival with some really great bands this year (Yeah, we all love Slayer and Mastodon, right? I know I do).
PIER PRESSURE
A new festival with a more emo/indie/pop approach with some big acts (My Chemical Romance, Avril Lavigne).
These projects were really fun to do, and people seem really happy with the result.

I just launched the new Cut City website. They're friends of mine and a hella good band!
I built this website on a beta vesion of Kool Tool, my own ASP-based Content Management System tool for artists/bands. The band manages all the content on the site themselves except the XML/Flash music player.

Black is the new black!
I just added a new CD to the portfolio: The Indecision Alarm. They're one of the best punk bands around at the moment.
I used to play in the same band as three of the members for eight years. We were almost as good as this band, but none of our albums were as nice looking as this one =)

Punk is the new magenta!
I just added a new CD/LP to the portfolio. It's a split record with the Canadian band The Crackdown and the German band Hiroshima Mon Amour. It's released by the NY label Longshot Music.

Tiger Lou official website
October 26, 2006. I just launched the Tiger Lou website. It turned out really nice. I did all programming and I designed some nice tech features for the backend system and the CMS tool. TypeŽ24 designed the site.
Also, Tiger Lou is a great artist/band. Check him/them out!

Duty calls! (and answers emails, occationally)
October 25. Hey there. I've got quite a few emails from good, concerned (upset?) citizens wondering why there hasn't been any updates for a while. Well, I've been knee deep in projects the last couple of months and I've had to keep my priorities straight, ok.
Now, don't be surprised if you'll find quite a few new projects on this site in a couple of weeks time (and then don't tell me my priorities didn't pay off). A good boy deserves his lunch.
And in the meantime you can check out these Jettie t-shirts I forgot I had designed.

A heavy load!
August 2. Please be patient as I am currently filling the client/portfolio database with projects. It will probably not be complete until late August, early September or so.

The new rbrt.org finally published (but incomplete)
Yes it's about time I did a renovation of this site as it's been over a year since my last update. The portfolio database is far from complete at the moment but I will add my older work as time goes. I just wanted to get my later work out in public. This site will be updated more often as I built a content management tool for easy administration.

The biggest punk band in Sweden in the 90's, Dia Psalma, recently reunited after ten years of silence. I designed three different t-shirt designs for them.

Dealers of Nordic Music web sites
I designed and programmed some web projects for DNM. A portal to the online world of the dealers - the record label website, the corporate website, the loft website, the artist section.
My friend at numbers.se did most of the database/CMS programming.

Raised Fist official website
I designed the official Raised Fist webiste. Their record label, Burning Heart said they would keep the programming in-house (the website still isn't up late July).
